Forum salutes and stands with scribes

We the members of the New Link Road residents forum salute all the daring journalists who have dared to report against the evil doers and people who misuse power to oppress the citizens of India.
These scribes fearlessly report on matters which concern every citizen of India, often at great risk to their personal life.
We condemn the brutal attack on Jyotirmay Dey. Dey was brutally killed outside his Mumbai residence on Saturday, Jun 11, 2011. The journalist sustained five bullet injuries and was declared dead in hospital at Powai. The slain veteran journalist Jyotirmoy Dey was an investigative crime reporter working with the daily MiD Day.
We express our solidarity with the scribes and their families who are doing their duty. We thank them for reporting about all our activities too, especially about our work against the builder mafia.
