   Dear Shiv , This is private land not wet land our land is more than 200 meters away from mangroves , my grand grand father , my grant father , my father are doing farming on this land for last 150 years . We are local bhumiputra of Mumbai .Since link road is build , Resort is being build up , Bunglow build up about 12/15 ft above our farming land in our area in last 15 years, so all rain water were logging in our land for last 10 years so that we have taken permission after requesting & running all govt offices for last 4 years from all rrquired authorities to do legally filling on own land . You can meet me & my family any time to check permission papers . Kindly please do not post wrong information without knowing facts about land type because this creates trouble for local Marathi farmers / Marathi Manus .
   We encourage your work for saving wetland & mangroves but kindly please check all facts before posting & complaining authorities .also i will like to inform you that we are local bhumiputra have saved this mangroves for last over 50 years as many politicians / land maffiyas has approach to give way from our land to build up slums on mangroves land which we have always denied them .
