Supreme court delays Justice

We the residents were hoping for an order from the Hon. Supreme Court on the 7th May 2010. We recieved the order today, and here is what it says:
Heard both sides. Record perused.

[ Didn’t the judges see the destruction of mangroves in the photos presented by BEAG Advocates?]

This interim order is made absolute and petitioners are permitted to maintain
and upkeep the Bund till final adjudication regarding Notifications dated
18.2.2009 and 15.6.2009 is made and and violation of these orders by arties
or other authorities could be brought to the notice of this Court for appropriate directions.
So, We meet the MCZMA and SDO or Collector.
We continue to maintain a log book and take photographs of the dumpers and violations,
recording the number of trucks going in daily even after the 7th May.

its a pathetic order for the nature and we residents as well.but we shall continue our fight to save the mangroves.

It seems that the Honorable Judges in their persuit to study law has not broadened their outlook or forgotten what they have learnt in school. Maybe if they go back to school they will see that Nature which they should preserve is the very thing that they are klling. They are as guilty as the people who are physically doing the damage. Hope after they have helped to destroy all the green in Mumbai they will beable to supply everything that Nature gave us for free. At the moment they are not the unholders of the law but the destroyers of it. They are not defending us they are helping to take away the rights of the common man namely the ‘Right to fresh air’.
I pray that they come to their senses, reverse their orders and stand with us and help save humanity from the greed of a few.
